Video Request Enhancements

• Users can re-request footage for additional channels

Video Download Improvements

Our video downloads page has received several enhancements, ensuring a smoother experience, greater reliability, and more informative features:

• Users now have the ability to manually retry failed downloads.

• The download progress bar accurately reflects the overall video download status.

• Historical previews now default to substream (standard definition), optimizing data usage and speeding up previews and downloads.

• We’ve also made general UI improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Bug Fixes

We’re excited to share the latest release, packed with over 60 bug fixes that enhance your experience. Here are some notable improvements:

1. Search and Filter Enhancements:

   • Addressed various issues related to search and filter options, ensuring smoother navigation.

2. Auto Refresh for Pages:

   • Fixed pages that weren’t accurately reflecting recent changes. Now, they automatically refresh, keeping you up-to-date.

3. Smarter Live Video Option:

   • Live video is now exclusively enabled for online vehicles, streamlining access and improving performance.

4. Precise Downloads and Event Locations:

   • Downloads and events now display the correct location information, providing clarity and accuracy.

5. Harmonized Reports and Dashboard Data:

   • Corrected discrepancies between reports and dashboard data, ensuring consistency across the platform.

6. Automated Report History Updates:

   • After running a report, the report history now updates automatically, saving you time and effort.
