This newly introduced report gives users a comprehensive view of camera hardware alerts, enabling faster identification and resolution of device issues. It includes key metrics such as:

• GPS Loss – Flags when a camera loses satellite signal, helping diagnose location tracking problems.

• Channel Loss – Indicates when video or data channels drop, which may affect footage availability.

• Last Online Time – Shows when a device was last connected, useful for spotting offline or underperforming units.

By surfacing these alerts in a centralised report, users can proactively monitor hardware health and take timely action to maintain system reliability.

Restore Ability to Retrieve Archived Footage

This update reinstates the ability to retrieve and view archived footage from P100 cameras. Users can now access historical video data stored on RV Lite devices, supporting investigations, audits, and compliance reviews that require footage beyond the standard retention period. This enhancement ensures continuity for teams relying on long-term video access as part of their operational workflows.
