October: Tacho

October’s release features a redesigned tachograph experience, minor camera improvements, and upgraded security measures to enhance usability, reliability, and data protection.

Tacho Feature Redesign

The tachograph feature has undergone a complete redesign to provide fleet managers with clearer, more actionable insights into driver activity. The new interface is more intuitive and informative, making it easier to understand and interpret key data at a glance. Enhanced analysis tools now offer a comprehensive view of driving times, rest periods, and compliance status, helping managers quickly assess the current state of their fleet. These improvements mean that users can identify potential issues or risks faster and make informed decisions without needing to dig through complex reports. The result is a more efficient, user-friendly experience that supports better operational oversight and driver management.

Camera Speed Addition

Speed data has been added to the Camera Events Report and UI, providing additional context to each recorded event. This enhancement allows users to better understand the circumstances surrounding incidents by correlating vehicle speed with camera footage. It supports more informed analysis and decision-making, especially in cases involving driver behaviour or road safety.

Login Security Improvement

To strengthen security and protect against potential DDoS attacks, we’ve introduced rate limiting to our authentication service. This new measure restricts the number of login attempts a user can make in quick succession, helping to prevent abuse and reduce system strain. It’s a proactive step towards safeguarding user accounts and maintaining platform stability under high traffic conditions.
